It took me making millions of dollars early in my career to find out I didn’t know the first thing about managing money.
While making a $100k/month income is a dream for most entrepreneurs, what looked like a blessing in my life turned out to be a curse.
I was living the dream entrepreneur lifestyle, but it was chaos behind the scenes:

Buying overpriced real estate without an exit strategy.

Flying first class just because.

Filling my closet with Louis Vuitton bags and designer labels.

And I didn’t give a single dime to charity.
The whole time, I felt emptier and emptier. It felt like what I had was never enough—that I always needed more to reach the next milestone and keep up with the industry.
The Regret of the "School of Hard Knocks"
Years later, I profoundly regretted how I spent my money. I lived without an investment strategy, without a savings strategy, and without any God-given perspective on what I really should have been doing with my finances.
I would have given anything to turn back the clock and have a values-driven perspective on how to steward what I was earning.
It took a life-changing encounter with Jesus and becoming a born-again, spirit-filled Christian to turn my life and career around.
Jesus tells us in the Bible that it is hard for a rich person to follow Him because it’s human nature to worship money instead of God. And I had a lot of firsthand experience of doing exactly that.
It was a miracle that He got through to me.
After my conversion, I chose to walk away from the version of my company that brought in $100k months. I spent two years immersed in the Bible, marveling at the spiritual truth and practical wisdom it holds for every area of life.
In that process, I realized I was saved from greed, waste, and excess so I could teach my hard-earned wisdom to others and prevent YOU from making the same mistakes I did.
Merging Research-Backed Systems with Biblical Truth
Over the last several years, I’ve learned everything I can about financial management from a worldly perspective and implemented it as fast as I could:
- I sold bad real estate and paid off $60,000 of debt. I haven't carried a credit card balance since.
- I learned to self-manage my stock market portfolio, got my retirement accounts on track, and developed passive income.
- I started teaching all of my clients what I learned — and it wildly changed their lives.
- But most importantly, I did an intensive study on Biblical financial management.
I was shocked to see that approximately 30% of Jesus’s parables are about money and possessions. There is clearly a direct connection between how we steward our finances and our spiritual maturity.
If I had only studied what Jesus said about money instead of Instagram influencers and materialistic business coaches, I wouldn't have spent years playing catch up at age 34, regretting millions of wasted dollars.
